KEEP LEARNING, KEEP GROWING!
What will you do with
your Personal Learning Budget?
INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYEES
Do you work in a consumer electronics (web)store and fall under the collective labour agreement (CLA) for the electrical retail sector? And do you work more than 15 hours per week? Then good news: you’re eligible for a Personal Learning Budget that makes growing your skills easier and more fun.
How much budget do I get?
If you meet the conditions, you receive €150 per year (or €12.50 per month) through your employer. Starting 1 January 2024, this increases to €175 per year (or €14.58 per month). You can save your budget for up to three years, so don’t let it go to waste.
Use your budget to follow courses or training programs offered through this learning portal. These are designed to strengthen your position in the job market. Not sure what to choose? Use the decision tool to help you decide.
